Intellectual interchange is part of our mission, and Pavilion VII offers a variety of rental spaces to promote just that. Smaller board-room style rooms are well-suited for departmental meetings or connecting with colleagues, and our larger event spaces are ideal for seminars, guest speakers, and executive retreats.

Solarium

The Solarium is located on The Colonnade Club’s first floor and opens to the Pavilion VII Garden.

Pavilion VII Garden

Garden rentals include the Solarium as a rain site in case of inclement weather.

Upstairs Library

Located on the Colonnade Club’s second floor with a board room style table.

Front Parlor

The Front Parlor is located on The Colonnade Club’s first floor overlooking the Lawn.

  • Seated capacity: 20

South Parlor

The South Parlor is a quaint gathering space which members can take advantage of on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Capacity: 8
  • Seating: 8

North Parlor

The North Parlor is  a quaint gathering space which members can take advantage of on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Capacity: 8
  • Table seating: 8

Garden Room

Located on the West Range, the Garden Room includes table and seating for up to 80 guests and is an ideal space for dinner or other seated events.

Hotel E: Meeting Rooms

Hotel E has two meeting rooms, E-1 and E-2. Both are well suited for small events, functioning best as a boardroom, private meals or your next group meeting.

FAQs

Colonnade Club members in good standing are eligible to reserve rental spaces for meetings and events. Additionally, Club members in good standing may sponsor non-members of the Club to reserve rental spaces.

Our large event spaces are suitable for weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, birthdays, retirement parties, seminars, panels, and more. We also have smaller meeting rooms appropriate for meeting with colleagues, guest speakers, and hosting students.

We have meeting rooms for small groups ranging from 8-12 people. Our larger event spaces can host between 20 and 165 people, depending on your event.

The first step towards reserving any of the event spaces is to fill out this meeting and event space request form.

Event guests are permitted to park at the Central Grounds Parking Garage at the University Bookstore on Emmett Street.
