FAQs
Colonnade Club members in good standing can reserve any of our eight hotel rooms. Additionally, Club members in good standing may sponsor non-members to reserve rooms.
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
Pavilion VII is open from 8 am – 9 pm. If you expect that you might arrive outside of that window, please notify our staff in advance to arrange after-hours pickup of your keys and parking permit via keypad.
When you arrive at Pavilion VII for check-in, there is a loading zone for unloading any luggage and belongings.
On-site parking is limited to four spots which are reserved for overnight guests.
When you make a hotel reservation, please inquire about reserving a parking space. The parking fee is $25 per night, and a parking permit is required.
